Support the College of Education on #MaryWashDay!

Teaching is the most important profession in the world. It has been said that a good teacher can inspire hope, ignite the imagination, and instill a love of learning. In the College of Education at UMW, we are fortunate to work with incredibly bright students eager to make a positive difference in the world. Your support can help them in so many ways. Specifically, your gift can help:

  • Help students preparing to serve as teachers pay for state-required assessments;
  • Help students completing internships pay for travel expenses;
  • Support important partnership work with our P-12 partner teachers; and
  • Support leadership development for College of Education Student Ambassadors.

"It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge."  -Albert Einstein
