The Fund for Mary Washington is UMW’s unrestricted annual fund. Gifts to the Fund for Mary Washington go to work immediately to support critical needs across the University, touching each student's experience.

 

As a state-assisted University, Mary Washington receives less than 27% of its operating budget from the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Fund for Mary Washington bridges the gap between state and tuition dollars and the actual cost of providing an outstanding liberal arts education to our 4,000+ students.
