When you make a gift to support UMW Athletics, you are investing in the student-athlete experience in the following ways:
- Development and programming for departmental leadership training and national leadership opportunities for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC)
- Boosting recruiting dollars for every team and professional development opportunities for head and assistant coaches
- Enhancing athletic facilities, including those for game day, practice, and sports medicine, as well as spaces for academics and studying, offices, auxiliary training
- New sport-specific technology and teaching tools for practice
- Custom training equipment and game day apparel for student-athletes
- Upgrades for long-distance travel costs like hotels, buses, and high-nutrition meals
- Team programming and experiences for sports education and chemistry building

Early Eagle Power Hours
The early Eagle gets the worm! Sylvia McJilton Woodcock '61 is challenging the Mary Washington community to wake up and make a difference for students. If we receive 300 gifts between 6 and 9 a.m. on March 26, she will unlock a gift of $3,000 to the Fund for Mary Washington.
